At Reynaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for products that:

  • Are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

  • Are unused and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging and tags

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used jewellery

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be made within the allowed return period.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
